How do I check the status of my membership level and Stars balance?
You can log into your account through the members' portal to track the number of Stars you’ve earned, available Stars for redemption and the number of Stars you need to earn until you reach the next membership tier.
Do my Tamashii Kokoro Rewards Stars expire?
Yes. Tamashii Kokoro Rewards Stars will expire 18 months from your date of purchase each time you earn them. However, membership tier attained will not expire. Once a Platinum Member, Forever A Platinum Member!
How do I redeem my Tamashii Kokoro Rewards stars for rewards?
Log into your account through the members’ portal to check the number of Stars you need to redeem each reward stated in the Rewards Catalog. Please kindly note that you can only make redemption upon making the next online purchase.
